What if every employee had an AI twin?  What if curiosity became the most rewarded skill?  What if pay were based on project impact rather than job titles?  This engaging, thought-provoking session explores ten bold disruptions shaping how organizations design jobs, measure performance, and reward contributions in the AI era.  Through facilitated discussion and interactive exploration, participants examine how emerging technologies may reshape leadership expectations, workforce strategy, and Total Rewards practices.  Participants leave with a broader perspective on how organizations may need to rethink work, roles, and rewards as these disruptions unfold.
